PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Conversion of former Rolls-Royce factory office building, on Nightingale Road - £4m refurbishment.
The site, which is known as Marble Hall, was transformed into a community hub for Osmaston - including space for small business units, meeting rooms, office space, a café, and places for health and child care services.
Rolls–Royce is donating the building to Derby City Council in order for the refurbishment work to begin

Due to the size and listed status of this building there were a huge amount of obstacles to overcome to ensure that the integrity of the building was kept and that planning were happy throughout to approve our proposals.
